El Rinconcito Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your hard work behind the scenes allows us to provide our customers with the delicious and authentic Mexican food they love.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine.
- Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Must Have
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
